Synvisc for OA of the Knee: "I Get Around!"
Most people will develop osteorarthritis (OA) during their lives. It is the outcome of joint wear-and-tear, erosion of cartilage, and degraded synovial fluid.
People with OA of the knee often cannot stand, sit, or descend stairs pain-free.
Synvisc, an injectable substance, was indicated for OA of the knee.
