First Job, Second Sale

My first staff job came from writing a brochure.  I wrote a second brochure the next day.

It was for a luxury residence on West 34th Street near the Javits Center. The neighborhood was not upscale like Chelsea or as cool as Hell's Kitchen.

It was barely a neighborhood, at all.  It needed mystique, so we named it TUNJAV.

The complex had vast lofts, a precious luxury in New York, so space was the prevailing theme.

Please note that the concepts and copy exhibited in this website solely represent and are intended to promote my thinking and creative vision, and not the brands and manufacturers mentioned in them.  Wherever a concept was published, printed, or produced, it is duly noted.  Advertising creative is frequently speculative--even when it is done in  a professional setting.
